Week three for Baahubali 2 and it is still the highlight of the tale. Apart from the big man at top, nothing really bring in the cash at Box office.

Baahubali The Conclusion remained at first place with ₹171.5cr, giving it a 21 days total of ₹1167cr. It fell a little more in its 3rd week compared to the 2nd, that said drop is still around 50%, nothing more could be really expected. With legs this strong, we could expect it to add another ₹150cr or so in coming weeks. In Overseas film now stands at $42.67mn or ₹275cr, which make its worldwide sum at ₹1442cr.

Meri Pyari Bindu and Sarkar 3 managed the 2nd and 3rd place with ₹13.7cr and ₹12.6cr respectively. Later one probably never had the chance, it was disaster before release itself felling in financial issue staying release and what not. Film’s fate at Box Office too is a disaster and for a said to be franchise film, collection being less than half of first sums it all. Meri Pyari Bindu will not have issues for YRF to recover given the big digital revenue but that’s simply shifting of losses if nothing else.

Punjabi film Lahoriye performed par expectations up North grossing ₹9cr in 165 location. Film is 3rd successful Punjabi film in last 2 months, what is turning out to be a good summer for Pollywood. Next week will see release of Saab Bahadur which will be looking at some records followed by Super Singhs in next month. Additionally film grossed $1.25mn or ₹8cr in Overseas for 1st week total of ₹17cr.

Telugu film Radha started decent but not able to keep its back for a ₹12cr Week One. Film is certain to fail its cost to distributors. CiA grossed ₹4.5cr in its 2nd Week taking its Cume par ₹16.2cr.  Foreign releases were all dull, Aliens Covenant grossing ₹5.4cr or $820k and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 ₹3.2cr or $500k for a 2 weeks cume of ₹19.6cr or $3.04mn.
